Return & Refund Policy

VENERA does everything possible to make you happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

REQUIREMENTS

Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your return label.

Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. VENERA may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, VENERA will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options.

  1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $30 ; or
  2. The product will be recycled.

If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of VENERA informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

Refund Process:
To return your product, please contact us and we will provide you with the address to mail your product to. You will need to send us the item tracking number within 7 days. If you do not send us the tracking number, the refund process will be canceled. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-8 days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
